You deserve a life free from anxiety and depression.

I understand that healing the wounds of trauma can help you overcome anxiety and depression. I use evidence-based tools to support your trauma healing. I also help you develop skills to manage anxiety, feel grounded and safe in your body, and prevent relapses into depression.

Anxiety and depression are often messengers for parts of our environment that are not meeting our needs. The wounds of the past can bubble up in the present as anxiety, depression, and even physical illnesses and symptoms without any medical cause.

I love seeing the energy and excitement on clients’ faces when they start to feel empowered in their lives - when people and places no longer bring up anxiety, when their relationships feel supportive, and they thrive in their careers.

By accepting that old strategies aren’t working to deal with trauma, anxiety, and depression, you can learn new ways to move forward in the world. You can feel empowered to live a new life. You can feel calm, fulfilled, and supported.

My experience working with trauma, anxiety, and depression.

I regularly work with survivors of trauma, including physical and sexual abuse, bullying, racial discrimination, and difficult family environments. I have also worked with young and middle-aged adults experiencing lifelong anxiety, sudden onset of anxiety, or new or recurring bouts of depression.

I’ve been in the client seat in my own journey of trauma healing. I know how strong you are for making it here. My purpose is to help you realize that strength.
