By blending evidence-based psychotherapeutic techniques with mindfulness and spiritual exploration, my holistic approach to psychotherapy helps clients navigate and resolve issues such as trauma, anxiety & depression, loss & grief, a sense of belonging, counselling for high performing professionals and more.
I also believe in the power of integrating spirituality and psychotherapy to address a wide range of emotional and mental health challenges, which empowers individuals to find inner-peace, personal growth and healing.
I foster a safe and inclusive environment where my clients feel comfortable to trust and share and delve deeply into their personal challenges and struggles.
