May 29 · The paradox of masculine strength and practical emotional expression
June 12 · How power shapes masculinity and healthy ways to hold it
June 19 · Consolidating shared learning and living with authentic masculine energy
Individual therapy and group work offer different — and complementary — benefits. Here’s what group programs uniquely offer.
Hearing others voice the same fears, doubts, and hopes you carry quietly is one of the most powerful therapeutic experiences available.
Groups offer a live laboratory for new ways of relating — practising vulnerability, boundary-setting, and honest communication in real time.
Every workshop is led by Registered Psychotherapists who hold the group safely, introduce evidence-based frameworks, and guide meaningful reflection.
New group programs are added throughout the year. Drop your email and we’ll let you know when the next one opens for registration.
